Shahinda Saudi is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Counselor, whose passion is to help people investigate and fix the underlying cause factors behind their chronic health conditions.
She was trained to use functional lab testing to uncover hidden stressors and investigate the underlying causes of dysfunction. These causes include infections, nutritional imbalances, weak links in metabolism, along with lifestyle, emotional, and environmental causes. When correlated with the client’s physical and emotional health history, healing opportunities are identified and individualized self-healing protocols are developed.
Her passion for Nutritional Therapy and Functional Medicine came forth as she was able to resolve her own health issues, such as chronic constipation, psoriasis, thyroiditis, and uterine fibroids. Learning how the human body can heal from any disease by removing triggers and addressing nutrient deficiencies, she was called to help others. Since January 2017, she has been helping people overcome chronic conditions such as fatigue, digestive and hormonal imbalances, anxiety, and depression and many more To further enhance her knowledge and ability to help others, she is currently pursuing her Master Of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Functional medicine from the University of Western States.
